    keyword=Left Gas Cerenkov PMT # 10

    Figure 1 shows the ADC (ped subtracted) spectra for the left gas
    Cerenkov with full statistics for run # 1992. The signal for PMT #10
    is alive and well. Hence, part of the problem was statistics.
    With full statistics, I can easily see the single photoelectron peak,
    which is centered around channel 311. So the HV for this PMT is still
    too high.

    Figure 2 shows the ADC spectrum for PMT #10 with a cut on track x and
    track y in the Cerenkov detector plane on the mirror location.

    Further, the HVs for PMT's 2, 4, 7, and 8 are also slightly too high,
    but within 20-30 channels of the other PMTs (centered around channel
    164).
