    The target movement was stuck. We decided to reboot target IOC. Simon set the auxillary heater voltage to 45 V and turned the current knob three turns. And then I rebooted IOC at http://hareboot7 by selecting iocha13 for both 5 and 6. The readings of the auxillary heater was 0.01 for currents, but it changed to 2A automatically during the reboot process.

    After reboot is done, I tryed to move target again. The target status still showed error. Elaine suggested us to click the "Clear Selected Records" button on the target movement screen. It did clear the error and the target movement is back to the normal.

    Now we have PB (LOOP3 15cm+pb) target in, ready for beam.
