    0:00 beam tuning, Initially beam unstable and BMPA postion was wrong
    +1mm, insteadn of -1 mm).
    0:25 Beam is stable at 10 uA, tuning to get position correct.
    We started to take data while beam tuning still going on.
    MCC had problem with FFB, used orbit lock.
    0:50 MCC called that he had hard time to get BPMA x down to below 0.6mm while some of the correctors are max'ed out. Probably will need to get before the Compton. (May need to go through the straight?)
    0:36 Started Data taking at 15 degree. BPMA x is still positive (+0.6 - +1 mm).
    1:10 MCC called to say that BPMA might be not working properly, since he changed position upstream by quite a bit, while BPMA hardly changed. I suggested to check with harp A (with early hard scan run).
    1:30 from harp results, it is consistent with BPM that it is shifted
    2 mm (from -1 to +1 mm).
    Anyway, since MCC had hard time to get BPMA x to -1 mm. We decided to leave it as it is and continue data taking.
    2:10 started to change both spectrometers to 2022.075 MeV.
    2:16 left spectrometer ready.
    2:56 right dipole to 2x10-3, 3:04 settled.
    3:43 change left arm to 2053.142 MeV. Set by 3:50.
    4:19 Change right to P=2053.142 MeV. set to 2x10-3 at 4:57. Set by 5:06.
    5:04 change left P to 1914.282 MeV. set by 5:10.
    6:36 change right P to 1914.282 MeV
    change left to P=2293 MeV (+2% for LH2 elastic). cycled Q2/Q3. set by 6:44
    6:40 moved left sieve slits in.
    6:56 changed left p to 2248 MeV (0%).
    7:07 change left p to 2202.075 (-2%).
    7:10 right p set to the value, then overshots.
    7:23 right dipole set (for P=1914.282 MeV).
    7:33 moved left sieve out to be 6 msr collimator.
    8:34 right HRS alarm (turned out to be false)
    9:15 called for change to 5th pass
