    keyword=Diffuser Cooler FSD fault

    Responded to a trouble call about a Diffuser Cooler problem. Found a RADCON barrier rope tied to the water supply tube of Diffuser Cooler. It was tied in a way that caught the water pump motor power cord as the LEFT spectrometer moved toward the decreasing angle of 15 degrees. It bent the waterline slightly. The rope pulled the power cord halfway out of the power outlet socket and shut off the pump causing the FSD interlock fault. Notified Jack Segal and RADCON. Removed rope, straightened tubing and plugged pump motor back into outlet. RADCON rearranged all barrier ropes to clear interferences to spectrometer movements.
