Now to the R-HRS scalers. I looked at the same plots as for
L-HRS but don't post that. Instead I focus on the alleged problem
of BCMs. Indeed d3 looks strange but u10 looks more or less ok.
Maybe something has changed since halog 219705. See fig 1 (rates).
