    8:00 starting our day shift,E0=0.73938Gev, P0=0.71831Gev/c 45 degree
    8:30 we still have the alarms from Right NMR
    9:18 change the momentum to p0=0.576737Gev/c for the next H2 target boiling test raster size 2 x 2mm
    10:20 rebooting the IOC for the right arm to check the read out of NMR
    10:43 move the target to Pb to do the boiling test ,raster size 2 x 2mm
    11:25 asked the control access to go down to the hall for checking the NMR for the right arm
    12:47 beam come back ,asked 50uA to continue the lead target boiling test
    13:13 moved the target to H2 ,adjust the raster size to 6 x 3.5 to get the beam size to 3.5 x 2 mm
    16:00 day shift finished
