I checked the retiming for the gate, the retiming signal arrives 200ns after the L1A. The T1 was delayed about 30 ns with the other new delay, so it should have been fine. But to be on the safe side I bypassed the new delay and put it as previously.
I noticed a slight shift on VDC timing when doing the check that Bob requested from comsmics to one of the data run but I never compared cosmics timing with in beam timing so shift seen might be normal. I will look for another previous cosmics run and will double check with beam.
