0358: CHL and target work complete. 
Called MCC, asked for beam permit

0415: Problems resetting LHRS & RHRS quads remotely, asked for controlled 
access for JP to go in and perform local reset. Dipoles resetting OK.

0515: R-Q3 will not engage locally, although all of the faults have been 
cleared. MCC putting hall back into beam permit to allow for tuning. We plan to 
call the on-duty tech in at the beginning of day shift.

*** All other RHRS and LHRS magnets have been reset. 

*** L-Q2, L-Q3, and R-Q2 were all cycled IAW instructions and are at their 
setpoints.

*** Left Dipole is at setpoint, and the right dipole is SLOWLY getting to its 
setpoint. 


Beam tuning continued through end of shift.
