Quickly scanned PC HV to find new run point for IHWP=IN, which had an 
unaccepable 1800ppm Aq. MCC and shift crews in Halls A, B and C were informed.  
The scan was performed during parity run 10332.

I selected to run at a PITA offset of +120 V from the initial HV.  See attached 
Aq figure below.

OUT:  Gun 2 HV POS=4.4, NEG=5.76  
IN:  Gun2 HV POS = 6.4, Neg=3.76

By the way, the position difference senstivity is shocking.  The vertical scale 
of attachment 2  (x and y position differences) are in microns(!), but the fit 
results output in nanometers.
