keyword=Adjust Cavity Positon Pre-GainsWith 10 uA and a 6 mm x 4 mm raster, the X position were starting to saturate. So I adjusted the Pre Gains from 8 to 7. I also adjusted the downstream cavity Y position gain from 8 to 7, since it was also close to saturation. Figures 1 and 2 show the cavity monitor control GUI's.
