    keyword=Redundant Helicity Signals in L-HRS

I have completed the cabling for the helicity redundancy signals. The
helicity, MPS and QRT signal are available from a Fastbus ADC for the
L-HRS, though the QRT signal isn't really needed.

The helicity signal was already available. But we also need the MPS
signal to indicate when the helicity is "unknown".

The helicity signals are plugged into the patch panel labeled "Alfred",
which is located between the electronics for S1, S2 and the Cerenkovs.

The helicity signals are in row D channels 3, 4, 5 and 6. The signals
then travel down to the detector stack's lower level where they are
    plugged into a Fastbus ADC.

The signals are plugged into ROC3, Slot 23 channels 48-51.

ADC Chan Description Patch Panel Location
    ------------------------------------------------
    48 Helicity Alfred, Row D, Chan 3
    49 Helicity Alfred, Row D, Chan 4
    50 MPS Alfred, Row D, Chan 5
    51 QRT Alfred, Row D, Chan 6

Hence there are two copies of the helicity signal. I guess you can never
have too much redundancy. I have added labels to all the cables, so it
should be easier to track the cables.

Now, I still need to verify that the helicity decoding works in Podd.
