    keyword=103.7 kHz clock and other synch chks

    The 103.7 kHz clock is plugged into a scaler on ROC3 and ROC4.
    It is sent on an RG58 cable #6 to Bigbite. I recommend to plug
    it into a scaler on each crate.

    There are the following synch info in ROC3, ROC4. I recommend to
    imitate this on bigbite See the header 0xfabc008, then the data are
    ii = timeout loop (should be small)
    datascan = bit pattern of slots that responded
    icnt = sawtooth counter
    event_no = event number from CODA
    event_ty = event type from CODA
    event_cnt = absolute event count
    time1 = vxWorks timestamp
    time2 = 103.7 kHz clock timestamp from scaler

    If I get around to it I'll setup a sawtooth ramper for an ADC.
    We should also plug triggers into TDCs on both bigbite and LHRS.
