    The 14.0, 14.1 and 14.3 wire chamber HVs tripped off again. Brad
    reported that the balloon between the target and first chamber is
    pushing up against the chamber's window.

    For now the HVs are off. I turned off the chamber 2 HVs from Xin's
    recommendation.
