keyword=Helicity Database Added to E04-007 Podd Database Directory

I have copied the new db_hel.dat database to the E04-007 Podd database directory.

The ADC helicity detmap is as follows for the L-HRS:

adchel.L.detmap = 3 23 49 50

There are two other channels in this ADC that contain helicity information, which are not included in the detmap:

Channel        Description
----------------------------------
48       copy of helicity signal
51       QRT signal

I have also added a time stamp for the G0 helicity with

'g0hel.delay = 0'

starting from 2008-03-01 00:00:00
