    keyword=re: end-of-run scalers

    This is Bob

    There's nothing wrong with scalers (though I should analyze a few runs to make sure --
    tomorrow). What is wrong is that the CODA config TWOARM_FB does not have the identical
    set of scripts as TWOARM. In particular, ROC3 must call "last_scaler" at it's END transition. (It
    has to be tied to a ROC/END to ensure proper timing.).

    The scalers are still inserted into the datastream (getruninfo is called, and I checked just now
    that there are plenty of event-type 140 in recent files); however:
    1) the last readout (after TS gate goes off) of scalers does not get inserted into datastream
    2) the ~/scaler/scaler_history.dat file is not updated.
    3) the halog has stale info -- as Bryan noticed -- from last time you ran TWOARM.

    I talked to the shift workers; they agreed to wait until ~08:30 when I come in to fix this.
    I'd rather not try to mess with the database from home, if not urgent.
