keyword=Flipped MPS signal in the Moller DAQ

As has been pointed out by Bob Michaels the MPS signal has been flipped. It happened sometime during the last week.

This signal arrives from the injector. Normally, it stays at the logical unit and gives a 3us logical zero pulse at the beginning of each 33ms helicity cycle. The purpose is to veto data taking during the helicity transition period. Now, it is inverted, giving 3us long logical unit pulses.

I adjusted the Moller DAQ by flipping the signal sent from the counting house downstairs to the hall. (Without that there was no trigger/scaler rate).
