    Went back to controlled access because we found that the T4 rate was identical to the T3 rate (and T7 rate).

    Discovered that the T7 output from the delay module was mistakenly plugged into the T4 input to the level translator. This happened yesterday at around Noon when I went to reconfigure T7 at the weldment.

    So... we have been without a T4 (LHRS efficiency trigger) between runs 2796 and 2873.
