    Followups:

    keyword=D3 on L-HRS double pulsing

    Vince and Bryan noticed some end-of-run charge info for D3 on L-HRS
    looked wrong, typically high by some amount. From examining the
    rates during a run, I find that sometimes the rate on D3 is doubled
    (see fig 1) and in general becomes flakey and noisy.

    (U3 also looked funny but that was a scaler.map problem, fixed
    this morning - halog 232201 -- easily recovered offline.)
    Other observations:

    1. All other correlations of currents look very linear, e.g. u3:d10.

    2. R-HRS copy of d3 is clean, therefore the problem is local to LHRS.

    3. The problem comes and goes. In some runs d3 looks fine.
    I suspect the classic problem of a fatigued connector on a cable !

    I will take access at next opportunity and check.
