keyword=R-HRS HVs UpdatedI made some modifications to the R-HRS S1 and S2 HVs to center the
ADC spectra around channel 1200 for each PMT. Some of the S2 PMTs are
at the edge of their HV range: S2-1R and S2-4R, which are at -2440 V
and -2450 V, respectively. S2-4R has been in this state, since S2
was re-installed last October.
