    keyword=Scalers in Replay

    I believe I have found the problem with the scalers in the online replay.

    The relay macro for Pi0 uses bits to select what modules to enable for
    the detector and physics replays. The scalers are enabled in the
    physics replay, but the variables were only written to the rootfile in
    the detector replay. Hence we get scaler variables in the detector
    rootfile with zero values.

    I have changed the replay.C macro to enable scalers in the detector
    replay. I have also added the scaler variables to the physics
    definition file so that we will have scalers in both detector and
    physics replay rootfiles. After the changes, I recompiled the
    libraries for the online replay.

    I replayed run 3462 and I now get non-zero scaler values. Note with
    replaying only 20000 events, we only get a few scaler readings, since
    the scalers are inserted about every 4 seconds into the datastream.
