at the moment. As noted earlier in the elog, the Loop 1 fan is
not happy, unsteady at 20 Hz or so, so the target cell temperature
is low (18.7 K).
Given that there is a machine pass-change planned for sometime soon this shift, perhaps we should ask for an access to allow target
experts to look at the fan issue.
