loop 1 fan speed issue might be software related, since
he remembers that he saw "0" for the requested fan frequency
after he had typed in another number.
So, I try requesting 15% frequency and the fan responds going up
to 34 Hz or so; then I go to 12% and the fan seems stable at 29 Hz.
The extra heat load sent the cell temp high, of course, but it
stabilized quickly again.
So, perhaps the fan is back to normal. Maybe just "toggling" the requested frequency was enough to get the fan going properly, a
and in synch again.
Will watch it during the beam pass-change, which has just begun.
