    Followups:

    keyword=Gas shed power failure / solution /implication

    The UPS for electrical power in the gas shed failed last night.
    The implications: 1) no gas (ethane, co2, argon) because valves
    closed, and 2) VME crate off --> hence, no alarm.

    Further implication: expect a slow degradation of chamber
    efficiencies. (tau ~ 8 hours, I think).

    As I walked over to the gas shed, I found Jack Segal and Scot Spiegel
    were already on top of the problem. Jack will write a separate
    halog with technical details.

    When did this happen ? According to the "General Tools" screenshots ,
    there was gas flow at 23:38 last night, but not at 04:06 (see white
    fields in "Gas Shed", indicating no readback). Also the shift
    checklist at 03:25 writes "Not written" for the gas pressures,
    so presumably the problem occured between 23:38 and 03:25.
