    keyword=ROC5 and ROC 8 problem

    ROC8 and ROC got stuck during run 1820.
    Tried to reboot. Did not work. After consulting with Brad, we tried
    again, but still not working. Requested controlled access and Brad
    is coming to reset it in the hall.
