    Shift workers: J. P. Chen (SL), D. Armstrong (TO), K. Hafidi (3rd).

    8:00 Production at 2%, Kin. 8. L_HRS=0.8948 GeV/c.

8:54 Xiaohui turned on two more BigBite shower blocks, starting with run 1815.
RC instructed us to leave raster size as it is (MCC 1.5x1, spot 1x1).

9:50 move to Al target (run 1816).
    10:28 move to 6 cm LH2
    beam off.
    10:45 beam back.

~13:40 ROC5 and ROC 8 stuck (run 1820 no end run).

    Production runs 20 uA on 6 cn LH2 at 2%, Kin. 8, L_HRS=0.8948 GeV/c.
run 1813, first production run for 2%, Kin. 8. 5M.
    run 1814, 2.4M. Total=10.9M
run 1815, turned on two more BB shower blocks. 5M, Total 15.9M.

    run 1816, Al. 84K.

    back to 6 cm LH2.
    run 1817/1818/1819, 5M each, total 30.9 M

during run 1820 get 100% deadtime; ROC 5,8 hangup. Cannot reboot
from counting house. End up calling in Brad S. to make entry to
reboot from Hall. Still no joy for ROC 5; was working in Hall,
but not from counting house. Guy resets network switches in
    counting house.

    Run 1820 had 1.4 M events only total is 32.3 M

15:25 Eventually, DAQ back running (although portserver problem,
can't monitor ROC 4 from telnet window, but CODA running OK).
Brad, JP out of hall, ask for beam again. See Brad's
    elog entry
for details on the fix(es) and other activities during
    the access.

15:30 No beam yet - MCC has IOC problem with RF sep.

    Run 1821, 1822 - junk, testing DAQ

    15:40 Beam back, run 1823 started. Check the replay for this run;
    looks OK.

at end of shift, run 1823 is continuing....
