keyword=target fan and HP heater.With Hall A in controlled access, I tried a few things with the fan:
Power cycle, did not help. Switched controller with loop 2 controller, did not help. (Both loop 1 and loop 2 fan work fine).
Tried different fan speed settings, none seems work any better. Loop 3 fan is pretty much dead (fluctuate between 0 and a few Hz).
When it totally dead, we will run without the fan, or, if needed, try to warm up then cool-down, which might help.
I turned HP heater to 0 (manual) and changed alarms setting accordingly.
