keyword=partial recovery of fanAs I was showing the next TO (Y. Qiang) the dead fan, we noticed
the percent frequency setting was zero. Actually, every time we
close and re-open Fan.adl this setting is zero, even if we set
it was set to nonzero before closing.
Anyway, we set it to 25% (corresponding to 60 Hz) and the fan
revived a small amount. See 1 or 2 Hz.
