keyword=Reduced loop 3 fan setting from 25% to 6%.The loop 3 fan had been zero for some time, while the setting was still 25% (60 Hz). It still deposite heat to the loop. I slowly tunred it down to 6% ( 15Hz). With reduced heat deposition, loop temperature decreased from 21.1 to 19.6K.
Also the fan seems partially recovered. Might be alive for a while
again.
