    keyword=Scaler gates and target signals in L-HRS

    The target signals and the gates for the scaler on the L-HRS have been
    arranged through a 16 channel flat sheilded cable running from BigBite
    weldment to L-HRS. This cable is plugged into a LeCroy 4616 (ECL-NIM
    converter) in the middle rack NIM bin( 2nd from bottom). Here is the
    signal discription.

    Red colored cables is channel 1.

    Note:

    1. hel+ is formed out of normal helicity signal and hel- is formed of
    inverted helicity signal.

    2. tar+ is target up and tar- is target down

    3. The scaler gates are veto signals and directly plugs into the scalers.
