We get beam in hall around 00:45 AM. We start the calibration run plan. The MCC harp scans indicate acceptable beam. Although we were able to do the ARC harp scans we cannot analyze them because the analysis software did not work. The spot++ analysis also had problems, the x vs y current plot was empty and all the 1-d plots of bpm x and y were wrong.
BPM pedestal calibration was performed but again the analysis code did not work.
A bulls eye scan was also performed but the harp scans did not work for one of the harps.
Next the raster calibration was performed but the spot++ analysis had problems as described above.
Finally the BCM calibration was performed, but the max current reached was 17uA and the beam was not very stable.
At 6:00 AM beam is taken away by MCC to fix some magnet. Beam back around 7:00 AM. But Bryan and Vince take a controlled access to investigate the BPM and harp problems.
