    CC repairs of PCs, 2nd floor counting room:

    1. hapc3 and hapc4 (cubicles 4,6) now use the "vesa" video card driver
    instead of "intel". Meanwhile hapc8 and 9 still use "intel". I think
    vesa looks better already, we'll see.

    2. hapc3 was not mounting /u/home. Fixed. Speculate that someone moved
    the network to a wrong spigot.
