The pressure regulator turned off the flow early even though the purge valve was open. There are no obstructions at the the valve (no freezing, etc). I guess we're getting close to full and the C4F8O gas column in the gas lines is heavy enough to exceed the 0.30" H2O trip point. The snapshot shows the time (and pressure) the valve turned off.
