keyword=Counting House Pressure Gauge not Zeroed

Nilanga mentioned that when the reference is evacuated that the
reading on the pressure gauge is not -14.7 psig. He said it was over -20
psig. Next time the cell is evacuated, we need to record this offset.

We should cross calibrate the gauge in the Counting House and Hall so that
at vacuum both gauges read -14.7 psig.
