Scot and I checked the He3 supply. We could not pressurize because the valve on the He3 bottle was still closed.

Turns out this was fortunate because when we checked the reference cell we found the downstream end had blown out. It had to have happened sometime yesterday after 7:30pm and ~6am. JP _was_ able to pressurize the reference cell to 145psi yesterday evening for the ion chamber calibration.
