keyword=T1 rate during reference cell break

Just a little investigation on Xiaodong's request. Here is a plot showing
T1 rate normalized by beam current (u3) for run 2563 during which the
reference cell might have been broken. After this run we were not able to
go to high pressure, according to the logbook.

Theory is, as the cell implode, the T1 rate shoots up because the
pressure in the cell now equals atmospheric pressure, which was initially
    lower?
