Board has still adress 0x40000
No inteference noticed for now, but cannot run the DAQ because of the
broadcast handler. Will try a bit later.
Detector powered on with HV at 80 V for tests.
In process of cabling electron detector.
Usually after a bit of time the cannot open broadcast handler goes away,
will check the photon DAQ then.
