    keyword=Re: TIR helicity (L-HRS)

    I confirmed that in run 2779 the L-HRS helicity in TIR was too often
    in the logical state "false" (equivalent to nothing plugged in).
    This might have been due to a flakey connection, e.g. those ECL
    cables. I tried to make them snugger. If it repeats we may want
    to replace some cables.

    I took access on L-HRS and at the moment all the signals (helicity,
    QRT, MPS) look ok on scope and in data (fig 1, run 2792). I could
    not reproduce the problem. (Analysis with "tscalroc11").

    I also noticed that the target state was not plugged into TIR (LHRS),
    so I've plugged that in. The inputs are, starting from the 5th:

    5th .... helicity
    6 ..... QRT
    7 ..... MPS
    8 ..... target spin UP
    9 ..... target spin DOWN

    And at the moment spin UP and DOWN are in the same state (true),
    which is contradictory but maybe it's a condition of target work
    being done (?). We'll see.
