There was 2 software error during EPR AFP after spin up at 210C. And
after several try to recover spin direction, the polarization is low now.

1st error is about "NMR RF stay on" part of software. A GPIB operation is
not properly setup (missing GPRB address). 

After correcting the first error, a second error occurred after the sweep
is done, and force the EPR AFP VI exit. 

A field sweep is performed to check the pol. It shows the spin direction
is inversed and Pol dropped from 45% @ Trans- direction to -15% @ Trans+. 

As an effort to recover the spin direction, an manual spin flip is tried.
It shows an error message : "sweep is too short"

Then we tried an EPR AFP. same error occurred as step 2. Then during NMR
field sweep check, the frequency is not set to correct value, which
basically erased all polarization.
