    Followups:

    keyword=Raster Overflowing and Underflowing

    Actually the Raster size is causing a overflow and underflow in the ADC.

    After discussing this with Brad, we have decided to reduce the ADC gate
    back to it's nominal size for this ADC, 50 ns. Afterwards, I will need
    to adjust the attenuator settings again. These two activities will
    invalidate the BPM calibration. Hence, we will do another bulls eye scan
    after beam is back this afternoon.

    I should be able to do a fast analysis so that the beam position from
    spot++ is correct within an hour after the bulls eye scan.

    This ADC in ROC 4, slot 21 besides containing the BPM and raster signals
    also contains the helicity and target spin signals. But reducing the
    gate size should not affect these signals.
