    Here is my analysis of the bull's eye scan with a comparison of the beam
    positions as reported by the harps and the EPICS readout.

    In short, the harp versus epics dependence matches extremely well with the
    bull's eye scan taken at the end of October. However, the new data still
    indicate that there is a 1 mm offset in both the Harp A and B x positions
    with respect to what the EPICS readout shows.

    Figure 1 shows the new data compared to previous data taken during
    E05-110 (CSR) and this past spring. Figure 2 shows the new data compared
    to the data taking at the end of October. This last figure shows the
    great agreement with the past scan.
