keyword=Start-of-Run tcl ModifiedI have modified the Start-of-Run tcl script to include the target
direction and polarization fields in the GUI. For Transversity, the
directions should either be Transverse-in-plane or Vertical.
If the third worker should consult the target operator to get the
correct values for these two fields.
These changes are valid starting with run # 3104.
