The lumi signals were low, so I reset the HVs.  they are now all centered 
somewhere around ~30,000, with the exception of Blumi4, which is ~21,000 (the 
HV is 1500...didn't want to go too high).

Also, the PANGUIN readout as well as my code were showing no lumi signals a 
while ago.  I check to make sure the HVs were on - the gui showed that they 
were, but I clicked ON to make sure, and then the signals returned.  Stange, 
and something to keep an eye on.
