    As Kalyan's earlier Halog indicated we checked and rechecked the retiming
    on the left HRS prior to leaving the Hall this evening.

    1) This morning we looked at the RT signal with respect to the L1A and
    found that for all triggers the RT signal was coming prior to the L1A.

    2) Prior to the experiment, Bob and I checked and found that there the
    RT signal was about 40 ns after the L1A for T3 and it was marginal for
    T5 (approx. 20 ns or so).

    3) My guess is all the added delay made things a lot worse for the RT.
    Hence all the delay that was added to T3 to move the coincidence
    signal to the middle of the window was removed.

    4) Kalyan changed the delay of T1 to move the coincidence into the
    middle of the window.

    5) After these changes, we checked the RT signal. For T3, the RT is
    coming after the L1A by about 50 ns. For T1 and T5, the RT is coming
    after the L1A by about 25 ns. Here we are using an EDTM pulser for
    T5. Kalyan says that the real T5 comes about 20-25 ns after the EDTM
    pulser. We considered adding a bit more delay to the RT signal, but
    decided against it. We did not want to adversely affect the ADCs and
    TDCs.

    6) I checked the ADC and TDC gates on the left HRS with respect to the
    respective signals. For S1, the ADC comes about 50 ns after the gate.
    For S2m the ADC comes about 100 ns after the gate with a 250 ns gate.
    The TDCs also look reasonable with respect to the gates. I also
    checked the pion rejector and Cerenkovs. They appeared to be fine.
