In Run 3544, there is a shift in the left HRS TDC spectra as compared to the golden run (3306). Both runs are with a polarized 3He target.
Jin and I think that the apparently different structure is an artifact of the difference in the number of runs; since the vertical axis is scaled for the smaller number of events in the golden run, we are effectively zoomed in on run 3544 data and can see much more of the structure.
However, we do not have an explanation for the shift along the horizontal axis. We see the same behavior in Run 3545.
