    keyword=MYSQL Run Database... added new Table.

    Made a new table in the mysql run database. This is to added the second Total Shower thresholds. The new one is newRunInfo, and will start being filled with run 3663.

    The old one is still filled... but we wont copy to old entries to the new one until we have an extended down time, to verify that no information is lost.
