Here's some things we can do:

20 minute runs, set prescales to obtain the usual rates as on the whiteboard.

- On optics target:  0.1, 0.3, 0.5, 1 uA
- On Reference cell w/ vacuum:  1 uA, 0.5uA(?)  
    - do raster check as usual for the glass cell
- On 'No Target' position: 0.5uA, 1 uA

A) Turn off all BB Cerenkov HVs _except_ the one for #19.
  i) Run 'threshold_BB -s BB_Cer -100' to set the T7 threshold.
    - Record the scalar rate on T7 once it stabilizes
    - Repeat (i) for BB_Cer thresholds of -300, -500, -700, -900mV
B) Repeat (A), but turn off the HV for #19 and turn on PMT #20

Please make a clear summary with the Run#, beam/target configuration, and
measured rates from A, B and halog it.  Please take care that the entry
doesn't get mangled by the halog software (ie. use the 'Preformatted
option', or better yet just save a copy as a regular text file.
