The "deadtime problem" showed up again. First tried to just do "START CODA". It showed "ER1 not responding " which was probably because of ROC 5 failure as it appeared next. Did the START CODA again. It appeared that ROC 5 , ROC9 and ROC10 stopped responding. Then hardware reboot was done for ROC 5,ROC9 and ROC 10 and software reboot was done for the rest. Basically the rest of them were fine. Its worth to mention here that the beam was tripping a lot during that moment.

back to normal now for the time being.
