    Followups:

keyword=1% inconsistency between T3 scalar counts in bigbite and LHRS

During further checking consistency between left and bigbite scalars,
new issues are found: LHRS ungated scalar counts ~1% more T1 than the
    one on bigbite:

Table of count inconsistency, abs(Bigbite-LHRS/Average), on un-gated
    scalars ( run 3810 )

    103kHz Clock <10^-8
    L1 Accept <10^-6
    T1 ~10^-5 (BigBite Counts More)
    T3 !!! ~1% (LHRS Counts More)
    T5 ~0.15% (BigBite Counts More)
    T6 <10^-7
BCM u1 ~10^-4 (LHRS Counts More)
BCM d1 ~10^-4 (LHRS Counts More)
    BCM u3 <10^-8
    BCM d3 <10^-8
    BCM u10 <10^-9
    BCM d10 <10^-9

When there is an observable inconsistency, the counts difference
increase stably at the same rate with beam time. This suggests it's not
bit flips. Similar inconsistency is also seen on gated sclars, which to
    be summarized later.
