RICH detector is integrated to main replay:
1. rich lib, database and configure file are updated and protected by bbsoftw account.
2. 4 rich graphs is added to shift worker's left arm online display
3. a stand alone rich online display is added to data checker's show_all () tools
4. golden root file are updated to reflect the change
