keyword=Set angle of HRS in Hall A toolsYi Zhang noticed the HRS angle was bad.
Cecking the tools the vernier had a totally wrong value.
Set it to 31.5 this gives right angle now. The db_run.dat will have to be corrected ( hopefully LHRS does not move )
